We may also receive information automatically when you use our website, such as IP address, browser and device information, and referral parameters, to the extent described in Section 4.

4. Cookies, Tools Embedded on Our Site, and Attribution
The code of this website, as written by Exit Signal, does not include analytics, advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or first-party forms, and does not itself set cookies or use browser storage.
This website embeds a valuation tool operated by Empire Flippers. Information you enter into that tool may be processed by Empire Flippers under its own terms and privacy policy. This Privacy Policy describes Exit Signal's own handling of information; Exit Signal does not control Empire Flippers' independent processing.
Exit Signal does not use its own analytics, advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or first-party behavioral tracking on this page. The embedded Empire Flippers valuation tool is a third-party service and may process information or use browser technologies under Empire Flippers' own terms and privacy practices.
We will update this policy before adding materially different tracking or advertising practices.
5. Your Choices
You may ask questions about the information we maintain about you, request corrections or deletion where appropriate, or opt out of future marketing communications by contacting us at danny@getexitsignal.com. Marketing opt-outs are also honored through the method provided in the message. We may retain limited information needed to honor an opt-out, maintain attribution and business records, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations.

Do Not Track and other opt-out signals: Exit Signal does not currently change its own website behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Third-party services embedded on this site may handle browser privacy signals according to their own policies.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to users, maintaining qualification and referral history, preserving consent and suppression records, measuring outcomes, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations.
